We absolutely love it. We have plenty of water to refill both our water bottles with clean filtered water and still have water left. We are trying to stay away from plastic, so we especially love the nonplastic container. It is also good to know we would have an emergency water supply.

We use this in our vacation home where the tap water tastes terrible. Running it thru this filter works great. We use it for coffee and everything else. The charcoal filter has lasted 6 months so far with no taste difference. It is easy to fill, you just open the top and pour in tap water.

This works fine and is as described. The brand name black filters fit as they should. And, it's far cheaper than the brand name one. So overall great! I took off one star just because the the overall construction doesn't seem as "tight" as the brand name filter, i.e., the top chamber of the housing fits just a tiny bit loosely into the bottom chamber. This likely is meaningless if you're using for home purposes, so definitely save money and go with this one in that case. However, I bought this for a camper van and that tiny, tiny bit of looseness results in a tiny rattle which can be annoying over a long day of travel.

I bought this after looking at several products, and I like that It's very easy to assemble and operate. I've only used it for 2 days, but so far the water tastes good. We have well water with sediment, iron and calcium, and this carbon filter seems to reduce the taste. I have not tested the water yet, but I intend to and report back. So far, very pleased with my purchase.

Good price and quality

I have a brand name that has the same capacity - this system is visibly smaller, and I’d be really surprised if it could hold a solid 2 gallons. Definitely not the 2.25 it says. Maybe if there are no filters in it… But I bought it as an extra for the family room. So not concerned that much as long as it functions well. The filters are trash. I primed these and then ran 4 gallons through them before drinking the water. The water taste like it went through a garden hose. (Not exaggerating!) I quickly ordered the same filters I use in my name brand base… assuming I don’t have issues with the Filters fitting as I ordered flouride filters too, I’ll be fine with this base. The instructions were sort of weird. The instructions were for different accessories/spigot than we received. Nothing leaks. I like that it has a stand. Just need new filters now :)

We've had ours for a few months now and here's our experience: Upon arrival, the first thing I noticed is that the filters are made in China, which was disappointing. The dispenser itself is fine. Be prepared for fingerprints. We hosed the filters first per the instructions and the water smelled and tasted terrible. Hosed them again and they were fine. The water does takes a while to filter through, but was fine for a few months with the factory filters. We upgraded when it was time to change. I do wish there was an indicator for water levels because it's annoying to always lift the top section to see.

After purchasing this water filtration system my family, I have noticed a very sharp increase in their intake. My Grandchildren love to drink the water. They have told me that it is the best water they have had.

C’est le moins cher de sa catégorie mais il est fourni avec un robinet métallique agréable à utiliser (je savais qu’il était dépourvu de jauge) et un support bien pratique pour le sûr-élever. Le manuel est en anglais uniquement mais on s’en sort avec les dessins (pensez juste à bien nettoyer avant le premier usage et à bien saturer les filtres avant leur première utilisation). Ceux-ci me semblent moins bien « finis » que la concurrence et l’eau s’écoule plus vite qu’avec les « marques ». Le métal utilisé est de bonne facture et l’eau filtrée est agréable à boire ( depuis le robinet d’eau de la ville censée être « potable »). À voir sur le long terme.
