The device is good. The remote could be a bit better as the volume buttons get pressed with other buttons and vice versa .

Defective, does not power on...

Everything is fine, but the seller should write a note that the device needs a completely update and the settings should be done completely instead factory settings. It was pretty exhausting to start that device, because the subscriptions weren't able to recognize the new device.

So much faster than our mag 322. No more lagging and clear video. Also helps we’re on a good server now too.

The product looks very sleek out of the box. When I plugged it in however it was was not recognizing any of my hdmi ports. I continued to move it to different hdmi ports and although it would connect to some it would flicker and was an inconsistent connection. When I googled it I found this suggestion which I did and it now works perfectly. MAG Box Settings (If you can see the menu) 1. HDMI Event Reaction: Go to Settings > Video > HDMI Event Reaction and set it to Ignore. 2. Video/Graphic Settings: In the inner portal settings (or Video/System settings), adjust these: 1. Set Video Output Mode to 1080p or 1080i (instead of Auto). 2. Set Graphic Resolution to 1920x1080 or 1280x720.

Upgraded this from a Mag 254 very pleased with the performance thus far.

Horrible don’t ever buy this it keeps turning off my tv and switches off the video over and over doesn’t properly activate on the hdmi port . I need to get a refund but I’ve tried 3 units and they are all the same I thought ok let me keep this for bit it’s worse and I had to go on vacation and now it’s past the refund stage

I had a Mag 322, this is much faster and resolution and speed has improve. Satisfy customer here.
