Arm Wrestling Training Strap for Forearm Workouts and Wrist Curls

Amazing bit of kit, great for forearms

Perfect for pronation exercises!!

Forearms have never been stronger! Deffo worth the money and I recommend this product to everyone!

Really good for adding pronation to work to bicep/forearm training. Can be used in a variety of ways to cover supination and deviation as well.

Excellent quality. Very easy to use. I'll start off light and then I'll take on Devon in 10 years haha. Excellent training tool to have and very affordable.

Excellent for exercising the forearms - gives you something a bit different. A bit overpriced for a strap with a metal ring on the end. You could probably make one of these yourself with some robust strapping tied firmly to a weight of your choice.

as described by seller, though would have liked the option for the item to be bit longer

Perfect for use 👍🏻
