This is a super nice rain-type shower head. Granted, Hansgrohe products are on the expensive side, but, as they say, you get what you pay for. And this shower head is exceptionally nice.Installation couldn’t have been simpler. I simply took a pair of channel lock pliers and took off the old one and replaced it with this one. It took me a total of about five minutes to install.This shower head only has one spray mode (full mode), but that’s just fine with me. I had a rainfall shower head several years ago that had three spray modes, and I never used anything but the “full” mode. The other two spray modes did absolutely nothing for me. They were kind of pointless in my opinion.The brushed nickel finish on this shower head is gorgeous, and it arrived in flawless condition. This shower head has dozens of nozzles, and every one of them worked. And, if one of the nozzles becomes clogged, it looks like all you would have to do is rub the nozzle a bit to unclog it.I have no doubt that this shower head will give us years and years of trouble-free service. And in the time that we’ve been using it, the finish has remained flawless. I don’t see even a hint of rusting. I got this fully installed and was really excited to experience it. Maybe it was my own expectations that were the issue, but I don't find it much better than the $30 rain shower head I had previously. I guess I was expecting more of a high-pressure mist, but it's really just the same rain fall style of drops.I do have to say that the quality is top notch, but I'm not sure if it justifies the price point here. Overall, yeah, it's a good showerhead, but you can get the same for hundreds cheaper.

Beautiful powder rain showerhead. It's the kind of piece you'd expect at a high class hotel or something equivalent. And a substantial upgrade from the builder-grade showerhead that we'd had in our house -- probably original to the house.It provides a comfortable shower experience.This head is pretty large -- so you'll struggle to have a shower caddy hanging from the showerhead if you elect to go with this one. (Of course, this head is nice . . . and shower caddies are decidedly not so nice . . . so perhaps this isn't an issue for you.)Installation for this is a breeze. It does not require you to be particularly handy.You really just screw the old one off (be careful not to damage the pipe) and screw this one on. A little plumber's tape could be helpful. Wouldn't recommend the additional safety screw as it's unnecessary and you'll just risk damaging the main pipe.This isn't cheap, as you can see. But it's high quality and nice.
