I work with a variety of yarns in my crafting, such as chanille, acrylic and "beginner" yarn. The beginner yarn tends to be a jersey knit and this yarn is just that. It feels soft, is nice and comfortable to work with. You can see stitches and rows clearly with this yarn. It doesn't pill or get fuzzy while using. It doesn't break as easily as other types of yarn do when tying knots or pulling circles closed. You get 2 good size skeins that are a large enough quantity to complete various, yet smaller sized projects. The colors are lovely. This is a nice yarn overall to work with. I rate it at 5 stars for the overall quality and value. I would recommend this yarn not just for beginners but for anybody who likes working with something besides acrylic yarn.

My sister and I have mixed views on this "yarn." I like it and she hates it. It's a nice large skein that seems right for the price, though I did find the product image a bit misleading since 2 skeins are pictured and I only received one. The colors are gorgeous and the material is soft and interesting. I think this is a really novel material to work with and am happy with it; my sister on the other hand can't stand the way it feels and finds it impossible to crochet with.

I didn’t really like this yarn. I tried to pull the end from the middle and use it but I only did like twenty-three stitches or so before it got all tangled…in short pieces of the yarn that came out of the middle. So now I have the skein of yarn and four short pieces that came from inside it. I’ve never seen so many short pieces come out of a skein of yarn before! It’s extremely frustrating because they get tangled when I pull the yarn from the middle of the skein and I have to stop crocheting and untangle it all. I took a star off for this. There might be more or there might not be, but as for me? I’m done! It’s a shame because the colors are so pretty.P.S I used a 3.0mm crochet hook to make the semi-sphere you see (I gave up making something out of it) because I needed something to match a smaller yarn, but well now I need a different yarn all together. I do believe it would work better with a larger hook.

The difference in how it felt to use this yarn versus some other ones I have is that the other ones are a bit fuzzier so at times it’s difficult to hook the right spot where the actual string is underneath the fuzz. You also don’t have to worry about missing strands on the yarn splitting like with other types of yarn. The thing I disliked was it had this knot midway through using it. I’d rather it just be a different ball and I weave it in myself but it makes a weird texture/ bump to what you’re making in case these details are important to you. It hooks smoothly and I think is a nice size. I used a 9mm hook when working with this yarn. There was no suggested size on the packaging, not very much information on it in general. In the end I loved using this and it feels sturdy but not too stiff. I’d like to use this type of yarn more.

I don't knit, but I do macrame and some weaving. I love T shirt yarn but it is a bit pricey so when I saw this I jumped at it.The skeins are very small. You do get 2 of them but it really isn't much to work with.I don't know how much knitting things take but I do know that I can't make a wall hanging out of what I got. I think I will use it for a funky fringe on a project though.It is soft and has a bit of stretch to it.The rolls remind me of cotton candy with all the pinks, blues and yellows.The price seems okay but as I said, you will probably need more than the 2 small rolls that you get if you really want to make a project.

This T-shirt yarn is very soft and has a lot of stretch. I'll probably try to crochet a fruit-picking bag with it, as we have a mango tree that can be a bit crazy. I did mark it down two stars for the complete lack of info on the items themselves. There's nothing given put what you see in the photos. Not even yardage. Nothing on the bag either.

This color is really pretty. It's easy to work with, but it is quite stretchy. I like the look of it a lot. It's a little pricey for the amount you get. I was able to make a medium sized square with each skein.

This is my first time working with polyester t-shirt yarn, and it feels much softer and smoother than the cotton yarn I usually use. The price for 2 rolls of yarn is a good value as well. It is easy to work with, and seems to be of good quality. I would definitely use it again in other colors!
