These headlights were installed in my 1991 Chevy truck and they work great . Definitely recommended.

It did not come with a wire harness.

Put these on my 81 chevy k10 and they hooked up and mounted easily! They are super bright and look sharp as heck on the front of the Ole truck! When I first got them and tested them, one light was not working. With ease amazon customer service was able to connect me straight to the manufacturer and they sent new lights immediately! It was the weekend and late at night so I figured it would take forever but nope! Didn't even have to actually "talk" to anyone, did it right here on the app through messages. If I ever need more I will be buying from this company if possible!

Just as advertised. Have had them in my work van for 6+ months now. Also put them in my 94GMC & they work just as awesome.

Put it on my old 2000 Ford E350 box truck. Huge difference between stock and new. Installed it on 2/12/2022, hopefully, it will last a very long time. It was super easy to change it out only took 15 mins for both lights.

I don't leave reviews on this site often, but these lights impressed me. These have the quality light beam look of oem. They're what I always wanted, a bright clean white light, that's dot approved, and that plug right into the stock connections. These put out just the right amount of light. I was worried about buying some that would get me a ticket, but I believe these are totally safe from that. These would be easy to install, but my GMC 2500 headlights are a pita to change, and the fitment into my rings were REALLY tight. So far, I love them, time will tell if that remains to be the case. UPDATE - Over a year later, still love them. They scratch pretty easily, so just be easy on them when installing and washing them.

The headlights on my Ford E-150 Van were not extremely bright, despite having purchased higher intensity "bulbs". I was looking for an option for better inclement weather and night visibility. These headlights fit the bill completely! Installation involved removing four screws on the plastic housing at the front of the van, to expose the brackets and headlamp assemblies. Four smaller screws held the old headlamp assemblies in the brackets. Removing those, allowed me to pull out the old headlights which were attached to the wiring harness. The new headlamps snapped into the existing harness with ease. (I didn't even have to do anything with re-aligning the light) After testing the new assemblies, it was simple to reinsert the screws and re-assemble the trim. The lights are very bright! I'd buy these again if I have a need for headlights on another vehicle.

This review is for the Headlamp Replacement H6054 H5054 H6054LL 69822 6052 6053 15-LED units.Update: 28 Jan 2023: It's been almost a year of daily commercial use for these lights, and nothing has changed. They continue to operate flawlessly. In Canada here, there are regulations that mandate daytime forward lighting on vehicles. There are many implementations but on this vehicle the low-beam headlamps are used. Any time the vehicle is driving, the headlights cannot be shut off. That means the lights have seen a lot of use, not only at night. Despite my concern about the plastic lenses, they remain intact. I am very happy with these lights. And now back to the original review.I have been using these lights for about a month on my Chevrolet Express van. The difference in light output compared to the dingy yellow Edison bulbs is night and day. While before I could see almost nothing, now I see everything.So far there are no failures. All 30 LEDs (15 per side) are consistently bright with no flickering, and produce a nice white-to-the-eye light. If that changes and if I remember, I will update the review.As some have noted, these are in effect flood lights. There is no particular focusing of the beams. Light is broadcast in all directions except backwards, obviously. There's a lot of light that just shines up into the sky. For this reason I have deducted one star. A normal low beam is formed to cut off below eye level to avoid dazzling approaching motorists. I think people today are sufficiently used to being dazzled that they are not unduly bothered.The high beam is just identical to the low beam, except for being brighter (15 LEDs vs. 6). There is absolutely no change to the beam pattern. The road surface itself is lit up like daylight.Other than reliability I do have one potential concern, and that is the composition of the lens. The original sealed-beam lamps are thick glass, while these are (of course) plastic, and not particularly thick at that. Being flat, I feel that the first stone that hits will break through and destroy the lamp. On the other hand, almost all headlight housings are plastic and they don't usually break. I may be worrying for nothing. We will see.

These arrived quickly. Very easy to install and high quality. They are way brighter than the originals but don't blind oncoming traffic. They do have the "DOT" stamp on them
