Aluminium bicycle seat clamp, quick release saddle clamp 31.8 mm, CarbonEnmy., black

Got a new road bike and wife also wants to ride it occasionally. I did not want to adjust the allen bolt every time the saddle height is to be changed, so was in need of this to loose and tighten seat post.This is slightly smaller than the diameter of the seat stay post, meaning when loosing it and putting it on, I had to pull the ring open a bit more. Once it's on the post, works like a dream. However the quick release should not be set for too tight otherwise it might exceed the manufacturer required tension and damage the seat post. Well there is no tool to measure the torque so I suppose as long as the quick release handle is easy enough to close/open and the seat does not move, it would be good.Quality wise, well I only touch it once every a couple days at most, and it does not really take much force so with the metal construction it would last a long while.Wife is happy :)
