6 Tread Aluminium Safety Platform Step Ladder With Handrail & Tool Tray

when opening the wrapping from the ladder swarfe fell onto the floor luckily it was on a tiled floor if it had been on a carpet we would have had difficulty getting it all out and our pet could have pickd it up in his paws. on removing the ladder from its wrapping my hands became covered in a very black substance and still the substance comes off onto our hands when we use the ladder for any length of time. perhaps neadless to say we will be carefull not to buy this company's products again.also one of the bolts which holds the handrail on fell out loose from the packaging.
