Very good book on Bach harmony, especially useful for A Level Music.
This is a great guide to harmonising chorales in the style of Bach. It covers all the basic rules, different types of cadences and chords, modulation, melodic decoration etc. Also covers more advanced techniques such as some chromatic chords. It also has full chorale exercises in the back of the book which make for very useful practice! I recommended this book and it definitely helped me through Music A Level.

Well written and easy to understand.
Brilliantly written book discussing harmonization with plenty of well explained exercises throughout. It makes attempting a Bach Chorale exercise achievable even for a first timer! Thanks Chris!
