The Magnesium Oil Spray 60ml came the next dayThis Magnesium oil spray arrived well packed in a cardboard box with cellophane cover. It was in a a 60ml spray bottle.I really liked this spray and feel it has helped me get to sleep easier and more quickly. I rub it in to different parts of my body just before bed. Its very light and easy to rub in and I did not get any itching or allergic reactions from it. I would buy this product again.

I discovered that using magnesium spray helps me sleep better. All I have to do is spray it on my feet before going to bed, and it works really well. It has also been great for relieving muscle pain after intense workouts, which is especially helpful for someone like me who enjoys walking but doesn't like dealing with nighttime leg discomfort.

I ordered this Aliver magnesium oil both for joint support and to relieve tired feet. It has a light citrus scent and absorbs into the skin very easily without leaving an oily residue.I’ve taken magnesium pills for years but this is so much easier and a bathroom essential, ready for use when needed, first thing in the morning, after the shower or to lightly massage into joints, including fingers.It’s a little fiddly to open, the lid is very tight, then there’s a plastic cap which took a while to remove before fitting the enclosed pump but, once that’s done, it’s easy to use - which is why I’m not deducting a point for the initial leakproof seal5* – A light oil with a pleasant but quickly fading citrus scent and it absorbs quickly and easily into the body. I never knew it could be used for tired feet until discovering magnesium in oil form and now I wouldn’t be without it. Highly recommended

There is no Soil Association mark or other mark to qualify the organic status. I would expect a magnesium spray to contain no animal products or gluten. The fact the item is non-GMO and unscented is appreciated. The packaging states the company is based in County Cork but there is a sticker on the item saying it is made in China. I agree with the health uses on the pack and I like that they warn about the itchiness that can occur. I also like that the item is cellophane wrapped for product integrity. I do feel this is worth the investment of £12.99.

This is a good quality spray oil that works well especially if it is used before bedtime to help relax before sleep. It comes in a 60ml bottle and because you only need a small amount it should last a while. It is 100% pure natural oil that doesn't have an overpowering smell which is good.
