Frame Company Drayton Range Black 9x7 inch Picture Photo Frame * Choice of Sizes* Fitted with Real Glass

Frames are great but first 3 were sized as ordered of 12 x 10 inch, so pleased with them that I ordered 4 more.Have just put the pictures in the second 4, having cut down a couple in width, and then found the second batch of frames are actually12 x 9 inches. Only realised when put against the first ones. I’ve checked my Amazon order and it’s definitely the same as first.I will keep them as can’t be bothered going through the process again and actually I prefer the 12 x 9 even they are slightly smaller than needed but I’ve cut sides off 2 or 3 pictures, idiotic of me, but who’d imagine reordering same item would give this problem?

Good glass frame v pleased, was weary of buying on line with reviews of broken glass pic frame deliveries,! and poor plastic glass, but this is surprisingly good item proper decent glass and am pleasantly surprised. A little too big for my picture ( where I'd broken previous frame,and couldnt find replacement) but that's not the frames fault! Only gripe is it doesn't have a paper background like other frames you can put picture on when it doesn't cover the entire frame, as photo not big enough, so you can see the cardboard where my picture doesn't quite fit. But still good value and v pleased. I'm not hanging it on wall so can't say how good it is to put on a wall. But good quality and im very happy with it. For some reason it's difficult to find certain sizes of picture frame in shops that are not very expensive so took a chance on this and very pleased.

Size fitted perfectly, frames looked nice but arrived broken. Reasons might be: a) wrong material b)wrong joining process c) me being too stupid. When the first one arrived and tried to mount a photo a realised the frame was broken. Amazon replaced it without any trouble but I loose money sending it back from Europe. Second one also arrived broken at a corner. One does not see it immediately because the foil wrap hold things together. It seems to be a known problem as a different reviewer also mentioned it befoe me. I don't send it back this time but will try to glue it. If that does not look nice I'll get a real wooden one, not plastic with metal clamps hammered in.

6 frames arrived well packaged with no damage. On looking at the frames they appear well made and sturdy and just what we wanted. Would buy again from the frame company. Support, enclosed with the order was a christmas card thanking me for my order and a note stating if i had any issues with my purchase to contact them immediately and they would rectify any issues. Well worth 5 stars

I ordered three frames and was very pleased when they arrived quickly and all without damage! I’ve ordered frames before from other companies and they have arrived with cracked glass or a loose frame so I am very pleased to report this was not the case here. The vendor also includes details on how to contact them so they can dispatch a fresh version if they are damaged in transit.I ordered the white frames which look very contemporary, are decent quality and go with the style of my apartment.The frames were also light enough when filled for me to be able to hang them with Command picture hanging strips (the narrow ones).The vendor also offers a wide variety of sizes which is good to know as I was framing some non standard size sketches. I would recommend them and consider purchasing from this company again.

Even before it arrived I received an email advising me not to leave a negative review and to contact them directly with any issues - didn't give me the most confidence in the product! When it arrived the glass in the frame was smashed, when I contacted them they told me that I could have glass or I could have perspex instead (not a replacement frame). When I queried if this was a cheaper option and I would get a partial refund they said no, the plastic is more expensive to produce. A quick Google search tells you that perspex is a lot cheaper and lighter to produce than glass, so also cheaper to post. I went for the perspex as I couldnt be bothered to deal with broken glass again. The replacement took over 2 weeks to arrive and I had to contact them again to remind them. What a shoddy company! After it was all dealt with my husband informed me he had ordered a frame from the same company and it had also arrived with the glass smashed, so it's not an unusual occurrence

Terrible quality. Despite it being a cheap frame, it was honestly the quality of if you had bought one for £3 cheaper. The frame edges are either hot glued or stapled together and are extremely thin, whilst the actual glass/plastic insert and board holder that secure the photo in place are slightly too small, meaning that it rattles and moves whenever you pick it up.Disappointed all round, would advice spending a few more pounds and purchasing from a different brand.

This arrived in under 24hrs, well packed in recycle-able materials, without too much excess and is perfect.Even a lovely note from the company regarding what to do if it had become damaged.It fitted exactly, was easy to use and looks fab.Perfect size too.Thank you!
