It's a cheap fan with a water container, something you can buy in home bargains for about £10.Stopped working after a few months.When I reached out to Amazon for a refund, they rejected my request because I refused to agree to their abusive and cohercive policies of data sharing.Basically they said, in the name of "fraud prevention", if I don't send them a government issued Id, they will not refund me.If I do, this will be shared with third parties, most probably American, and I have no say in how they'll use it and no way in asking for it to be deleted afterwards.

Wish I had listened to the other reviews and not wasted my money. Louder than my standing fan and less cooling, even with water and ice cubes. 2 stars because it does have some cooling effect and is more portable, but I'd go with a fan any day. Used it once, then packed it away again.

Product seemed good value and was working as required until 6 weeks after purchase. No longer works so now need to find a replacement.

I bought this in a hurry during the very hot days for someone who is wheelchair and housebound and was badly affected by the heat.Pros - it’s easy to set up and use, it’s light and portable, uses little power (usb rechargeable), only uses 1/2L water per day. And it really cools the air. Definitely value for money.ConsIt may be too small capacity for bigger rooms with high ceilings, although, it can be kept close to the person. So far that’s all I could think of.

Reviews for this product are not for the same item and is misleading. Most reviews are for coasters and not for this cooling fan. Essentially it is a small fan where water sits at the bottom.. there is no mist or special cooling effect… it is a fan that works rather well… but isn’t what I expected. Trying for few days but I plan to return it and get something better. If you want a fan, this is small and easy to use… that’s about it. This will not cool down a room, it simply moves air to cool just like a fan would. Don’t fall for the water gimmick… it has no effect.
