Quality knives and real nice case

I can say this is a great value

Really good product for beginners. They're really sharp, the leather case is very well made and its helped me get into the hobby of wood carving. Well worth the money.

Sharp and smooth cutting.

Daughter has been working with this kit for a few months, definitely a beginner kit, will need a knife sharpener to keep the tools sharp for use.

These came fairly dull. I sharpened them and it only lasts a few cuts then back to dull. not high quality and a dull knife is dangerous when whittling. I tried and tried to sharpen them and no luck. great case, poor knives. found some US Made knives which cost more but come sharp and stay sharp. should have done that in the first place, spent a little more now and it would have saved me having these extras i'll never use.

This is a very nice set!

This is a nice set of carving knives. The fit in the leather carrying case is a little tight but it is leather, after all, so I imagine that it will stretch out with time. They seem to be good steel; the leather roll is great. My only criticism would be that it would be nice to have a diagram as to where everything should go in the roll.

I have been a hobby woodturner for some 14 - 15 years. I have "dabbled" a little with woodcarving but nothing too serious and had bought a couple of Swedish Mora knifes which are superb but come at a price.Recently, I decided to get further into carving and whittling and was looking around for an affordable set of knifes that I could use to see if I could carve without paying out for a recognised brand top quality set of tools.The TEKCHIC knifes came ground and honed and cut surprisingly well straight out the box. In addition, they have comfortable ergonomic handles (I believe Ash) and come in a very nice tool roll of good quality complete with a pair of Level 5 cut resistant gloves and a strop.I am a firm believer that you get what you pay for so never expected these knives to be of the quality that the big name brands offer. Nevertheless, I was very pleasantly surprised to find that they looked good, felt good and most importantly, cut very well even in dense hardwoods.I would suggest that these would be ideal for the beginner or occasional hobby carvers / whittlers.It's probably fair to say that professionals and serious hobby carvers will pay the extra money for top name branded tools.These tools are great value for money and will provide a very usable set of knifes for the beginner or carver of limited experience without having to spend several hundred pounds for a similar set by a leading brand.

I was surprised to see this product arrived next day. It is highest quality with the sharpest carving tool set, safety gloves, strop and paste in classic highest quality leather tool roll. A great set to work in house or camping trip. Could easily have paid the total price for just one of the knife in the set. The leather tool roll would easily cost the total price of the set.
