I am a committed user and not so quiet proponent of Arnica Gel to prevent bruising. It works wonders. When I discovered the pellets, I started using them with the gel. I discovered the pellets helped with healing; I’m guessing from the inside. My routine — Arnica Gel, 6 Arnica pellets, and 2-3 Tylenol (or other painkiller). With this routine, I have found the bruising to be minimal and go away faster. The pellets are small and actually taste good. I highly recommend this routine, using all in tandem several times daily.

Loved this product. I had doubts, but I kept taking it and noticed the biggest difference on days I didn’t take it. My body felt significantly better when I remembered to take them consistently and follow directions. Lol

We go through a LOT of Arnica here. When my littles were toddlers, we used more topical, but getting bigger means they are less cooperative with goo applied, so we are graduated to pellets- in time for bikes and rollerblades and tree climbing 😁. I also recommend it to friends, so have been known to hand over a container... this was a good price for us and arrived quickly. Also a brand we know, so bonus there!

Easy to take. Very hard to dispense from container. I removed the top insert to dispense the tablets.

Exactly what I needed with a pleasant taste, the containers have a built in dispenser so easy to measure out the correct number of pills every time.

Just what I wanted because I can't get them anywhere else.

Can’t comment of efficacy as I couldn’t get the tablets out of the container! Supposedly they are dispensed via opening on top of tube.. TERRIBLE design. Waste of money.
