Can you use it for ceramic clay and what thickness range can you roll?

You can and thickness is quite varied but mine rusted up after a couple months so had to return it!

Dose this machine differ in design from a pasta roller to avoid the clay build up issues regular pasta roller machines have with using clay?

I had mine for a few months before having to return it because of exactly that! Wouldnt recommend for clay use x
