We bought this to replace our previous tap with pull-out spray/jet, where the inadequate soft plastic button had worn through after a few years (pathetic, B&Q, wasted money).This one is beautiful, unusual, not expensive for the features and it looks great.Pretty much all pluses. Fitted this morning so I might have to update comments after a while (hope not though).It’s nice and tall so that you can fill buckets and tall vases in the sink, but it also has what so far appears to be a high quality pull-out hose (appears so far to be much better than previous). Turn the spout 90° to get the quirky “waterfall” setting, which our plumber loved 🙂. The spray setting is strong. The button to change between jet and spray is a strong hard plastic so looks as though it will last.Even though this is a US-made item, our plumber had no problems fitting it to UK specification connections.The only minus point for me is that to use the spray setting, you have to keep your thumb/finger on the button. A small inconvenience.

A little bit of a fiddle installing this tap.. will need two people when attaching to the sink.The main issue for us is the water pressure,Because the tap come with what I believe to be smaller flexipipes and fittings this has reduced the water pressure from what we had with the original tap.Make sure before you purchase that you have enough room for the weighted water pipe that pulls out.. we fortunately has just enough room for the rise and fall of the weight.

Bought this for my new kitchen refit. Am going to return as it has many issues. First, the water pressure is painfully low. To fill washing up basin takes several minutes and forget about suds, not enough pressure to create them. The hose is troublesome as the weight gets caught up in plumbing so have to pull the head back into it's slot by getting under the sink and pulling water pipe back. That's if you can be bothered getting under sink to move the weight out of plumbing to pull it out in the first place. I have a waste disposal also which is getting a few clunks from the weight as well but again not enough pressure to safely use. I have to push waste into the barrel by hand or with a stick but the low pressure means that the waste is not always getting washed away. The spray/jet option is of no use as again not enough pressure but it does work well on the rainfall for washing veg etc. Overall it's useless. It looks good but not fit for purpose.
