It helps me with the handstand and in a different balancing postures too. Good buit quality

Vertically it’s the same size, horizontally one block is smaller. This will cause an imbalance a the body when using both blocks in a horizontal position for certain postures. Otherwise they are really good and much better than cork blocks which are too hard, and foam blocks which are too soft. These blocks are just right, soft but firm, stable and comfortable to use. I wish they would pack the pair of blocks after ensuring that both blocks are equal in height, width, and depth.

I already have 2 sets of blocks which were too old and wasn't suporting the level up of my practice,saw this one on insta and brought a pair of it and guess what!? Now my search for blocks are coming to and end because this one is soo good!The way it supports the palm and foot placement with the rigidity yet soo weightless and can carry anywhere! Can't wait to explore my practice more with these colourful, beautiful yoga blocks!
