OK, but there's better available
I bought this for someone as a present but after looking at the contents I decided not to give it to them. The tubes are relatively thin and weak; they do not offer the advertised resistances. The door anchor is functional, but it's made from rough nylon strapping and offers no protection to the bands meaning friction will inevitably damage them. This is not to say that it is a terrible set of resistance bands, they'll certainly work and the build quality isn't bad - the handles are fine and the carabiners and stitching seem OK. However, given the problems with the anchor and the tubes I'd guess that this set won't last all that long with regular use. If you have a little more to spend I'd go for a higher quality product as it might save you money in the long run; Bodylastics offer a base kit of much higher quality for only a couple of quid more.

Perfect excercise for recovering from shoulder injury/tears like rotator cuff
Got these to help recover from a very painful shoulder injury to my rotator cuff cause by racket sports.Using the different resistant bands i was able to strengthen the small muscles around my should which really speeded up the recovery process and got me back playing after a couple of months.I still use them now on the days when i know i'll be playing racket sports, to help warm up and avoid taring my shoulder again.

Careful with the handles
I bought these in July 2017.I was initially very happy with this item, however whilst I was using the bands today, the stiching on one of the handles came loose and caused the band to ping out very fast. It was only through luck that it didnt cause an injury, because the metal clips went flying.The information says that they have a lifetime warranty, but I cant find any details to return them. I need a replacement handle but cant see how to get one?

excellent alternative to using weights, my workouts consist of weight training and the bands for my back and shoulders.. pulley rows, tricep extensions, side laterals front and back and even chest press and shoulder press in the standing position, very versatile piece of kit..prompt delivery

Great value for money and well made
I purchased these to help with a shoulder injury and am very pleased. You can get a full body workout without the risk of further injury that lifting weights could cause. I have purchased another set for my daughter and son in law as a gift as I'm sure they will appreciate being able to work out without having there home filled with gym equipment.

Awesome product, easy to use
Awesome product, easy to use, lots of different options how to use them and the door stop mechanism is fantastic and fits any doors in the house. Definitely compliments any resistance training, interval training or circuit training methods.
