Hmmm... I have tried various formulas to help with this issue. This is not the best. First off, taking four a day is a pain. I prefer something I only have to take once a day, but this you have to take twice a day. And, because you are taking four a day, this is only 15 days worth. At almost $27, this is an expensive supplement. It took a few days for me to notice any difference, and even then it was hit or miss.

I am a big believer in probiotics. I find the refrigerated ones tend to work better. But I wanted one for when I traveled that didn't require refrigeration so I tried this. It "kinda" works? It is hard for me to tell because I take mirolax, a stool softener and probiotics every day and still only go a couple times a week. So this worked about the same for me. I definitely didn't go every day but stayed consistent at 1-2 times a week.

LITERALLY!!! This stuff is amazing. If you have gas, upset stomach, digestive issues, I highly highly recommend this product. Along with tudca, this stuff is the savior of my guts. It really works and your poops will be more amazing than without it.

You might have tried probiotics, or probiotics with prebiotics - the latest thing is synbiotics - probiotics, with pre and post-biotics, so I was looking forward to trying these. So far, so good - I find it is having a beneficial effect, and the capsule size is fairly small. For that I'd give it five stars. But in order to get the right amount of synbiotics, the serving size is 4 capsules, so this bottle is only a 15 day supply! If you're really struggling with going to the bathroom, you would most certainly need to have two bottles on hand to try it out for a month and see if it is right for you, which in my book, makes this not a particularly good value.
