After 4 months you can now see her lid! Also the wrinkles around the eyes are less visible and the bag under the eyes is gone! She is loving it!

The media could not be loaded. I don't know if this device actually helps you look younger. I have used it mainly because it makes my face feel better. I have headaches and TMD, and the DP makes me feel better. It made me so feel so good that I actually bought two to keep it two different locations. Unfortunately, both of them have started to flash orange and white and stop working just a few minutes after use. Sent a message to support. There is no way to contact support other than email. I don't like to purchase from companies where I can't speak to a real person, so I will not be repurchasing this product and I deeply regret buying two.

Product is good however you need to keep aspects of the product handy in order for you to use it to a full extent without buying replacements as they are easily easy to lose

The unit light never turned orange as per the instructions and did not heat up. Huge waste of money.

I wanted to write a review because I read one of the reviews here that states the machine caused them to have premature aging. First of all , I have used the product faithfully for years and have followed all directions. I have always had great skin and bought this before I started to age tbh. However , the tripollar stop is not made to melt fat of the face lol. It does not havd the capability doing that. It is designed to only target a certain layer of skin. I would suggest reading upon how rf frequency works before purchasing. You need to lube up ur face really well and have the head of the machine constantly moving over ur skin. The machine turns itself off immediately when it senses it’s getting too hot so u cannot melt fat accidentally or burn ur skin. It’s impossible unless u have a malfunctioning unit. In this case , u should return it immediately. When I am using it , I use small circular motions over the area I am treating. I wait till the light turns orange ( green light is on as well but turns off when orange light comes on if I accidentally linger too long in the one spot to prevent damaging ur skin). I imagine that the newer model is built this way as well. It is now 2021 and I still look the same lol. No fat melted off my face. This product works.

It seems okay enough but it takes SO long to heat and you have to move it SO slowly.
