Highly recommend these for your kids and adults as well. They taste delicious, are clean of any chemicals, and are so so effective. My son reminds me to give it to him at bedtime! His sleep has improved tremendously and falling asleep is easy. I also take them on days when my brain is racing, and find myself drifting into sleep without effort. I rave about these to everyone!

This is the best sleep aid I have used in my life so far. My 6 year old daughter and I both take it. I used to give her melatonin, but if she stayed awake past the 30 minute sleepy window she would become a sleepy and irrational monster (with melatonin) and then often she would wake a few hours later from a bad dream and have a hard time falling back to sleep. With these Neviss Magnesium gummies, she doesn't complain that "they make me too sleepy!" I like that I don't feel like I'm drugging her. 😶 I can almost guarantee that she will fall asleep within 30-45 minutes after taking one. I can take one and fall asleep easily within an hour, if I take 2 I will fall asleep within 20-30 minutes. I like the herbal and vitamin ingredients, no chemicals. Also, neither of us have a hangover the next morning, like melatonin or Benadryl. I shared them with my Mom because she gets restless legs and cramps sometimes at night (I thought the magnesium might help) and she has not had ANY in the 2 months since she started taking them. She used to get leg cramps pretty often. Also, this product uses the form of magnesium that is easiest for our bodies to use (glycinate.) I feel much more rested, like I get better quality sleep for the past year that I have been taking them. They have not lost efficacy. I hope they continue to be sold! The taste is pretty tasty to me, my daughter thinks the texture is too soft. Lol but thankfully she will still take them.

I never write reviews, but these deserve one! My toddler has struggled falling asleep for years now. We have tried ALL the things. These are the ticket. She is now taking 15 minutes to fall asleep versus the usual 60-90. It’s given us so much of our nights back and she’s waking up more well rested & happy. They taste good, are easy to chew, and effective. Would definitely recommend!

These magnesium gummies work wonderfully, they taste great, the size is just right to feel like it’s not to much or to little for application. With me having ADHD it helps me get I into REM sleep quickly, even when I’m on long driving trip where I get a huge boost of adrenaline it helps suppress that and gets me to sleep in a reasonable time. For my kids it helps them wind down and have restful sleep and they love it also and never turn it down like they have done with other gummies.

These have worked amazingly for my 4 year old. We’ve only been using them for 2 nights and both times, she has been calm and asleep in about 30 minutes after taking them. I only give her a half gummy as I noticed some reviews thought they were too strong and when you scroll through the pictures of the product, it’s recommended to start with half anyway. I have not noticed a change in energy level the next day, she’s not groggy in the morning. They are a little sticky, but we brush teeth right after giving anyway. She likes the taste and they smell fruity as well. We got the twin pack with the $9 coupon so with me only giving half, I got 8 months worth for less than $30 where I was paying over $30 for a one month supply of First Day magnesium gummies so the value for your money is fantastic as well. I’ll be recommending these to all my friends with kids that need a little help sleeping.

These work great on my son for a natural calming down at night and he's sleeping better. He asks for them sometimes and said they taste good. Only thing I would change is they can be a little sticky to the touch and a couple stick together. Otherwise, great product that we have repurchase and will be continuing to do so!

Been using this for myself and my kids for at least a couple of years! It helps us all sleep so well. Taste great. Easy and chewable. I like that it’s magnesium glycinate and not the other types of magnesium.
