This works great! I'm a sandwich person, and this sandwich maker will make so many kinds, and fast. It makes a perfect Monte Cristo, one of my favorites. I've also used it for pancakes, eggs, and buttered toast. This is a go to for sure for a quick meal!

I apparently bought this in October 2018. At first it enjoyed occasional use, but these last couple of years as my teens have discovered they have to fend for themselves sometimes, it has become a regular fixture on my kitchen side (despite multiple reminders to put it away when its cooled 😉). Tonight, picking up his plate with his cheese toasties, my eldest sighed "I really hope the person who invented this machine lives a long and happy life...they deserve to" so as a mom of picky eaters, I kinda feel obliged to finally leave a review. I know I'm on borrowed time with this hardworking machine as I'm sure he'll be nabbing it when he leaves the nest...but I will definitely buy another! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My wife loves grilled cheese sandwiches and this sandwich maker didn't disappoint. I haven't tried making more complex sandwiches with this sandwich maker yet, but if the way it makes grilled cheese sandwiches perfectly every time is any indicator, I have no doubt it would do just as well with ham & cheese sandwiches. And, the non-stick cooking surfaces make the grill easy to clean. And, the price is very reasonable.

What a piece of crap. Normal bread doesn't fit in it so part of the bread gets cut off. It's a pain in the ass to clean, too. I used it twice, in the trash it's going.

I use it all the time. My only take back on it, sometimes the sandwich don't split in the middle. They are in triangles, but when u go to pull them apart it breaks them up. Not a problem when eating alone but serving to kids that cry because the other kids aren't broken or serving as finger foods isn't to appealing.

I have been using this multiple times a week to make grilled cheese sandwiches. Easy to use and clean up really easily. Worth the price for how much use I get out of it!

I grew up in Europe with these sort of sandwich makers. They are very popular there and there are soooo many choices, unlike here. Growing up, I broke one or 2 until I got the hang of it. Be gentle with it, don’t overfill your sandwich, use soft bread. If the corners of the bread are hard and thick, cut them off. Don’t put all the pressure on the handle when you close it, hold it a bit on the sides too, until the part where it gets hot. I am the only one using it so making 2 sandwiches it’s grand. I put the sandwiches in and then close it and then plug it. Keep in mind that everything these days is made to break and to be replaced and not repaired. Be kind and have patience with your appliances and they will last for a long time. Most of the time at least! :D
