Does this mount jab your hand when you are cycling the pump....? and with a light mounted?

It does not fit the 590 shockwave and you can not fully extend the (stock) pump after installing the light.

Will this work on a 12g shockwave with the lyman tacstar universal barrel shroud, (heat shield), installed?

You can face the rail towards the muzzle rather than the reciever to get more room near the grip but I don't know if it would clear the heat shroud. It would depend on how the shroud attaches to the barrel.

Will this fit a Mossberg 500 tactical with a breacher tip?

I think it will. As long as the end cap for mag, is behind the tip I don't see why it wont. But that is based on the pictures I am looking at. And if the tip unscrew, that may help with install if there is a space issue. Hope it helps.
