Redmond's Real Salt is the real thing. My husband and I have high blood pressure. This is the only salt we use because we don't experience dizziness, bloating, swelling, or increased blood pressure when we use it. Seriously. We bought a cylinder-shaped vial filled with this salt that I keep in my purse when eating out at restaurants. Yes, they sometimes add their own salt when we ask them not to, but if we need more flavor, we know we can use this and not compromise our health.

Love Redmonds Taco seasoning! I appreciate that its clean meaning no unnecessary additives. This is what my husband uses to spice up his all carnivore diet throughout the week.

Here's the thing. Whichever flavor you buy, even just the straight salt, you can only leave one review so I'll try to break them down. Real salt: Far too much sediment, leaving me with a mouthful of sand at the bottom of my bottle, about 25% of the time. Wasatch Steak: Hands down, my favorite! Nothing fancy, just great flavor! Chili Lime: Steviyuck! I tried to like this. I wanted to like it, but stevia's just gross! If you like stevia, that's the one thing that makes it a solid NO from me. Red Rock BBQ: Nothing BBQ about it! It's not bad but when your mouth's expecting BBQ, don't feed it this! Wasatch is much tastier! Taco Seasoning: See Red Rock BBQ and just replace "BBQ" with "taco" Seasoning salt: Great in a mug of hot water during an extended fast! On stuff, it's a straight forward, typical combo. Not bad, not outstanding. Go for Wasatch if you're putting it on meat. Garlic salt: Still sitting, unopened but I'm guessing I'll still prefer Wasatch, considering the Seasoning salt. I hope this helps! Eat meat and lift heavy things! 🤘
