Good household helper! I love the weight of this steamer, not heavy to carry on and hold when you do the windows! My favorite thing to do is a shower cabinet with glass! Result is unbelievable! Also really helpful device for me with all the corners of the stove, oven and shower! So many attachments I even didn’t have a chance to try all of them yet. Gamechanger with the toilet bowl under! Sink on the kitchen is also very good looking now after the steam washing with all the grease on the sides. Cleaning really really well

I’m really happy with this handheld steam cleaner! I specifically bought it for small cleaning tasks and for disinfecting baby items, and it turned out to be exactly what I needed. The biggest advantage is how portable and lightweight it is. It’s easy to carry around the house and doesn’t take up much space, which is perfect when you don’t need a large, bulky machine. I mainly use it for quick cleaning sessions rather than big deep cleans. I originally got it to clean and disinfect a stroller and car seat that were passed down to us, and it did an amazing job. The steam is strong enough to clean thoroughly while giving me peace of mind that everything is sanitized without harsh chemicals, especially important for baby items. Overall, this is a great choice if you’re looking for something compact, effective, and convenient for smaller cleaning tasks.

Ordered this steamer twice—the first time I received an used item (pieces missing, dead bugs inside the box, and the unit was clearly well-used). Amazon offered an exchange as I still needed the item. The second one arrived & was brand new. However, the steam cycle was too short and couldn’t even clean up a sticky residue off my stove. Overall, it wasn’t worth the price of $55 on sale, and I wouldn’t pay the full price even with the return policy. I would take a gamble on another brand or steamer.

I looked for and typed in "Bissell Steamshot" and this item popped up. I didn't realize that it is NOT the Bissell I though I was purchasing. So, don't make that same mistake. However, I opened it, used it anyway since I had used a gift card to purchase it. I DO NOT experience the leaking that some of the other reviews talk about. The directions specifically state that it could leak if it is overfilled. The accessories are all good and very helpful. So far, the only things I have used it on are 1. My microwave. Not super easy to use inside the microwave, but it was awesome for the door and for the grimy, greasy areas on top and below (mine is an above the oven microwave). 2. Metal filters (below the microwave used as the fan feature of my oven) It was REALLY awesome for this. I soaked them first in Dawn Power Wash and then used the steam cleaner to melt and blow out the gunk. I wish I would have taken before and after photos so you could also experience my embarrassment! 3. The washing machine. The lid and rim of the drum get really dirty. I steam cleaned all these little areas that are impossible to get into with just a washcloth and cleaners/water. It literally looks brand new. I also removed and steam cleaned the fabric softener space and the bleach delivery spot. My washing machine is beautiful! LOL! 4. Kid's sippy cups. I used the steam cleaner to sanitize the rubber spout and straw piece of my grandkids' sippy cup. That was THE MOST satisfying feeling knowing that those little suckers were clean AND sanitized without chemicals. Don't get me wrong here, I'm not anti-chemical, I just don't want to drink chemicals. The only real concern I had while using it was that I wondered if it was getting hot enough. The review, the reason I wanted a Bissell, had me convinced I absolutely wanted the Bissell. So, I asked AI to compare this Outspurge with the Bissell Steamshot. They are extremely similar. The Outspurge actually gets a teeny bit hotter than the Bissell. I live in the country and have a million windows in my house. I'm planning to really put the machine to the test by cleaning windows, inside and out, with the steam cleaner. This review thing wants me to talk about cord length. It's fine. It's long enough. The speed: Heats up really fast. Like, 2 or 3 minutes tops. Water capacity: Could be better but honestly it's easy to refill and heats back up quickly so doesn't bother me much. That might get annoying if I were steam cleaning my whole couch or something. I don't know about streaks or being streak-free. Is that a thing without a dry cloth follow up? Value for money: It's not a Bissell but cleans like one (I think). The price is very similar to the name brand so seems overpriced in that regard. However, I'm happy with my purchase and don't really regret buying it. I just wonder in the back of my mind if one of the cheaper-cheaper versions might be just as good. Hope this helps.

We got this cleaner because my daughter likes to make a mess 🤪 Stains, spills, all that fun stuff. This steam cleaner solved the problem. You need this when using just a stain spray isn’t enough. It’s lightweight but very powerful. Recommend it to anyone who has kids.

This is one of those products we saw being demonstrated everyday on Temu and TikTok. We have a number of items we’ve tried to clean, but finally ran out of options. Every time my wife saw someone using a handheld steamer, we were not sure what we watched was real, a set up to look real, or an AI created video giving an impression these hand held steamers were getting things clean. I worked in the kitchens of numerous Casinos in Vegas. Every night crews came through with steam hoses with wands of various sizes on them. These steamwands melted the greasy build up created by a full day of cooking. The floors were sprayed down the countertops and walls were sprayed and squeegeed dry. When I would open the doors to the restaurant I walked into a clean kitchen. My wife picked the Bissell handheld steamer, because of the various Bissell products we’ve owned over the years. When we received the item, it was professionally packaged with form fitting Styrofoam. All of the accessories were in plastic sealed bags. When I saw it, the first thing I thought of was steam cleaning the rims on our 2017 Silverado Truck. Without really checking any reviews, I ordered the green Outspurge Bissell Handheld Steam Cleaner. The first thing we wanted to clean was our exhaust vent over our stove. We clean the hood once a month, but the grease on the metal filter never seems to gets really clean, there is always tell tale stain inside of the hood filter. I also wanted to get the fan cleaner, but all the chemicals we used still made it feel greasy. We filled the steamer with water. While the pressure was building, I removed the hood filters and the fan blade. I admit, I was skeptical about how this was going to work. As my wife started spraying the steam into the filter I watched the greasy water filling up our sink. When she was finished, the filters looked almost new, the fan blade was cleanest it's been since I put it in. If you’ve been shopping around for a hand held steamer, there are many other things it will clean. I purchased the extended warranty, just in case it decides to stop working. I find that I’m pulling it out to clean various items I thought would never come clean. I can say with complete confidence this product is well worth owning. If you want to deep clean areas inside your house without using those smelly, caustic chemicals this is a must purchase. You will likely find items to clean you never thought would come clean, just like we did..

This product is sold as a cleaner to remove dirt, soap scum, etc. While it emits steam (hence the 2 star rating), it does not remove soap scum at all. It barely pushed around dirt in the grout of a tile floor and barely cleaned grease from the stove hood screens even with a lot of scrubbing and dish detergent. It is also very loud. Product was returned with a full refund.

Used it on my couch- didn’t work well at all. Used in on the wall- scratched the paint off. It also leaked boiling water on my hand more than once even though I measured the water
