I want to scream at the top of my lungs at Kyson. My frustration with him is palpable. He keeps secrets, saying it's for her safety, when we really know it's because she is more powerful than him. I'm laughing at you, you drunk POS.I'm addicted I haven't put this series down since I've found the first book. I can't get enough of Azalea and Abbie, two strong and powerful women.

Very disappointed with the direction of this book and the last one. Azalea’s constant whining and “nesting” has honestly becoming annoying. The nonstop arguing, fighting, and commanding between Azalea and Kyson makes it feel like they aren’t really mates. It’s always an ultimate, Abbi or I stay, Abbi or I won’t mate with you, and now it’s the children go or I stay with them. She also NEVER listens to Kyson and she ends up getting hurt…EVERY SINGLE TIME! The only good part of the book was when the council came and Kyson killed one of them and her Landeena lycans showed up to help. Wish the book would have gone more in that direction instead of this garbage that ended with Peter killing their baby and now it turns out he is her step-brother. It’s just disappointing giving Azalea this great power, even though she can’t read, knows nothing about Lycans, the laws, or even leadership, and with no training what so ever. But Kyson is expected to move out of the way for her? I feel bad at how low the writer has brought Kyson. Most of his close guards don’t even show him respect. So my for a Lycan King. Lastly, palpable palpable palpable! I swear it’s like every other page contained that word.
