I’ve been taking this supplement for my pcos for about a year now. It’s helped my period pains a lot. I bleed for around 5 days now when before it was 8 days and really heavy. I think it’s somehow helped my skin clear up? But the tablets are quite big that’s the only negative.

this is a bit of a difficult one. value for money is good as you’re getting 4000mg per serving (4 pills). they’re basically tasteless with maybe a slight sweetness to them? but they are ridiculously difficult to swallow. effectiveness i can’t really comment on… i’m sure they are good quality because they follow the uk regulations but i bought these for my pcos and they actually worsened my symptoms. i suffer from prolonged bleeding which can last months. usually i take a 40:1 ratio of myo inositol to d chiro inositol. stupidly i bought these without realising that this doesn’t include d chiro inositol, only myo inositol. usually the 40:1 ratio pills help to stop the bleeding, but because this is pure myo inositol i suffered from side effects that actually made the bleeding much much worse and much harder to deal with. if you have pcos, i would not recommend this brand of inositol. please look for a 40:1 ratio of myo and d chiro inositol around the 2000-4000mg range as you will benefit more from that. i have since stopped taking these and i’m still waiting for the bleeding to subside.

Having PCOS it was guess work when my periods would show up, however after taking this for a few months I’ve noticed my periods are more predictable now and a lot less painful than they used to be.

Bon, mais comme indiqué vraiment très gros pour avaler. Je pense qu’il me donne un peu mal au ventre mais pas sur que ça soit ça. Je ne constate pas vraiment de changement ni d’amélioration. Peu être au niveau de l’appétit mais au vu de la taille des pilules on est calé après. Je n’ai pas encore fini la cure (moitié)

Funziona molto bene per dimagrire (4 compresse al giorno, 4.000 mg) perché stabilizza la glicemia quindi evita attacchi di fame e mi consente di seguire senza sforzo la mia dieta della nutrizionista da 1.200 calorie, a volte mangio anche meno del previsto perché non ho proprio fame. Funziona molto bene in particolare per chi come me ha problemi di iperinsulinemia (o resistenza all'insulina) che porta in automatico all'ingrassamento anche mangiando poco, problema tipico di chi è in menopausa come me ma personalmente lo avevo anche da giovane infatti faticavo molto a dimagrire anche stando a dieta. In più aiuta molto anche per l'umore, mi sento più serena e la mia ansia è sparita. L'ho ricomprato e penso che lo utilizzerò sempre anche se a dosi più basse anche alla fine della dieta.

Yo las tomo porque tengo síndrome de ovario poliquístico. Me mandaron tomar Ovusitol D y con lo caro que es me compro dos o tres botes de este por el mismo precio (un paquete del otro no dura un mes y vale entre 20 y muchos y 30 y pocos). He notado mejoría, ya que los meses que no me las tomo con la frecuencia que debería me duele más la regla que cuando soy estricta. Es un poco rollo porque son 4 pastillas diarias y las pastillas son enormes, son como el Paracetamol de un gramo, más o menos. Yo estoy acostumbrada y aún así a veces me cuesta tomarlas. También se pueden partir para tomarlas porque no saben mal, sabe como dulce. Lo más rollo es eso, pero a mí me compensa porque mis reglas si no son horribles.
