calms my restless legs
I've tried several types of mag, & this is the only one that calms my restless legs

Use asap once opened or they melt
Like these Magnesium tabs. Take two before sleep on days when I do hard workouts. Should really take them daily, but I am not good about routine. Caveat: when I don't take them consistently, the outer coating of the tabs starts to melt in the bottle. Thought it was a fluke at first, but it seems to be every bottle. Even though they are a year out from the expiration date, once the bottle is opened, the clock starts ticking. No difference in effect, just sticky and messy.
