Annie Sloan Dark Wax (500 ml)

Been using Annie Sloan products for years, great quality and value for money. Never disappoints. Gorgeous effect with the dark wax.

This is the real McCoy, perfect colour, easy to work with and the results can be amazing! Also works well mixed with white spirit to create a glaze effect.

Product came very quickly and with a lovely personal message and free stencil. Also included where some great how to guides and tips. I thought this was really well priced compared to some of the more expensive waxes. The colour was lovely and dark as I've been let down by other waxes. It has a lovely old furniture smell and was nice and easy to apply. I was really surprised and delighted by the finish. I used this on an old black IKEA unit that I'd painted beige and it gave the paint a wonderful finish that helped me disguise the modern unit with a wood-like finish. The seller was lovely and helpful and I cannot recommend enough.

Nice colour.does not come with stencil like some customers wrote in the reviews. Just a tin of wax that’s all!

Great product, easy to use, exactly what I ordered and perfect for the project I was working on.

Great little wax to make a patina! Needs a little practice, I used clear wax first then two layers of this dark stuff. Expensive but will go far!

This product does exactly what it says on the tin, very easily applied, I have tried other makers of chalk paint wax but this is definitely the best product and good value.

Everyone knows that Annie Sloan chalk paint is wonderful. I ordered four products from the purple painted Lady and every single can was bent. Perhaps the product was not affected but I am a little obsessive about my products looking nice and lined up on my shelf. An investment in Amy Sloan paint is exactly that - an investment. I received my recent order yesterday and inside the undamaged box, the paint can was completely wrapped in bubble wrap. However when I unwrap the can it was still bent. I don't understand how it could still be bent unless it was bent when it was put in the box prior to shipping. The same thing happened with the clear and dark wax that I ordered. Undamaged box but bent cans. Not sure what is going on here.

I used this product on my wood beam fireplace mantel. I did two coats and it now has a water proof finish without needing polyurethane! 🙌🏻 it gave the beam a beautiful dark finish.

I used this as a stain for my craft projects. It seals it as well and makes it smooth. The color is absolutely stunning and exactly what I was picturing! Packaging was so cute and came with its own stick!
