Defective from the moment delivered
I was given a promotional credit because of a poor experience I had with Amazon Delivery driver driving home with my packages overnight without notifying the company. Adding insult to injury I ordered these golden measuring cups with that credit. They are defective. Out of 4 cups 2 are defective and because I used part of the promotional credit to pay for them I was told by Amazon customer service that they aren’t replaceable nor refundable. This just adds to another very poor experience. The seller should’ve made sure the item wasn’t defective with loose broken parts. It shouldn’t matter how they are being paid for. What should matter is this is a chance to WIN A CUSTOMER AND CONTINUED BUSINESS SUPPORT. This is unacceptable in many ways. Shame on you seller.
