These are decent filters. They remove the sediment from the water down to 1 micron and make it look and taste better. I have well water so this removes a lot of sediment for me. Before my towels had super fine dust in them from the clay soil sediments, now I don't have that problem anymore. It makes the water taste a little better too. I like 1 micron filters, but they need to be changed more often with my well water than 5 or 10 micron, but they remove that ultra fine dust from my towels.

These filters fit perfectly into our whole house filtration system, keeping sediment in our spring-fed water system from reaching the house's plumbing system. As I have no way to test the 5-micron filtering claims of the manufacturer, I have to trust their claims. Based on the amount of sediment captured in the old filter and the clarity of our water with it installed, it passes the "sniff" test.Great product!

These are standard size 10 x 2.5 inch CTO carbon water filter cartridges with a 1 micron rating. I've found Waterdrop filters to be on the higher end of quality compared to some other filter brands, yet these are still affordable. You get 4 cartridges in this pack. They rinse out easily with very little dust out of the packaging. I have not experienced and issues with these and so I am quite satisfied with them. They are a good value.

I have a five year filter in front of my cold side for my kitchen sink. The manufacturer of the five year filter sent for free the filter holder to put in front of it since I am on Phoenix AZ city water.I am thrilled with the savings over bottled water and the taste this system provides. I don't get five years out of my main filter but at least 3 using these filters inline. I do not have a separate water dispenser, all cold water coming out of my sink faucet is filtered so use is heavy. All water for cooking, pets and the line going to my refrigerator ice and cold water as well.Will purchase these filters again.

This filter DOES NOT fit all standard 10 inch systems. The pleated filters I've been using measure 9 and 11/16 inches. This filter measures 9 and 13/16 inches. The 2/16 of an inch more does not allow for a snug fit when screwing the canister back on, so it leaks water all over the place. I've tried multiple times to communicate with Waterdrop to no avail. Also, nowhere on the filter or packaging does it say 5 microns, and the advertisement changes from 5 micron to 1 micron, so not even sure I have a 5 micron filter.

I have no complaints with these filters after a week of use. Compared to string wrapped filters, these seem to filter out finer particles. And compared to carbon filters, these don’t clog up as quickly with well water.They measure exactly 2.5 x 10 inches and fit my GE whole house filter without issue. The inner diameter is approximately 1 1/8 inches (28mm.)
