I bought these earbuds on April 8, 2024, and they still work just as perfectly as they did on day one! Back then, they were super affordable, and honestly, this brand and this specific model are so underrated. The sound quality is amazing for the price—clear audio, good bass, and great noise isolation. Unlike most popular brands, this one doesn’t die out fast and isn’t overpriced either. I’ve accidentally dropped these buds over a thousand times by now, and they still function perfectly—only the case has a few scratches, but nothing’s broken. As a student with strict parents, I bought this with my own savings, so I was really scared at first. But this turned out to be one of my best purchases ever. If these ever stop working someday, I’ll buy the same ones again without thinking twice. Battery life is solid, the fit is comfortable for long use, and pairing is always smooth. I genuinely recommend these to anyone on a tight budget who still wants good quality. 10/10 experience!

If you are willing to buy this Earbud just read my honest review about this product! Worts product. I purchased it in the sale for 599rs and as mentioned.. it has BT 5.0, etc. features! All are fake not even a single thing is true! but instead, it has these cons below. 1. Bad Connectivity, Bad Range (Probably BT 2.0 or worse) 2. Below Average Bass and Treble. 3. Not Good For Calling as well! (The other person can't hear you clearly) 4. Charges fast but could not last 3 days or so while keeping it unused. 5. You have to turn it on manually every time you keep it in the box, by touching and holding the back of it. THE WARRANTY CLAIM PROCESS. So it came faulty in the first place but I keep using it because I had a warranty of a year. THE FAULT - its right bud had less noise as compared to the left one. So I started using it I managed to hear the unbalanced sound problem for a month and after 2 months I went to the Ptron service center to replace it, they replaced it after a week of time they took for the warranty claim but before the warranty claim you have to mail the Ptron care and register the complaint first then they will send you the Ticker number of your product then you have to keep it and shot it to the customer service executive then they will replace it in the warranty. so after it got replaced I faced an even worse problem than I had before with my first product! this product that they have replaced was renewed and it came sealed! (I figured after a few days) Then when I paired these buds they started giving audio stutters.. wtf? I have replaced it with a new one and I got an even worse product It will not give you constant audio output always stutters in the audio no matter how close your device is. then I went to the service center and told them that this was not working properly I couldn't even hear the sound! I want to replace it again. then the female executive said that you can only replace it once! I was like wtf? This is a total scam that Ptron is doing.. and this was the worst product that I have ever purchased I should have gone for Boat instead I still regret buying these earbuds and it's still in warranty by the time I'm writing this review and its unusable as they refused to replace it as it still has 6 months warranty left. :) SHAME ON THIS COMPANY. DON'T BUY THEIR PRODUCT.

I recently got my hands on the Ptron buds, and I must say, they have been quite a pleasant surprise. As a budget-conscious consumer, I was initially skeptical about their performance but after putting them to test, I am impressed with what they offer for this price. I use this tws for 1 years+ & it's really good product, good for gym , running, high-intensity workout & outdoor activities, some time one side not charged but it's common for buds not alltime like 10% chance use fast high volt charger

The sound quality is pretty bad for starters. The bluetooth connectivity seemed great in the beginning, since the earbuds would instantly pair with the previously connected device when the lid is opened. Standard stuff. But then the horrors begin when listening for 10+ minutes - constant connection drops, constant buzzing noise in one of the earbuds when playing any sound (which weirdly goes away 5 seconds after all sounds stop playing). The build quality is nothing to write home about either, feels like cheap plastic. Nevertheless, the left earbud was a perfect fit, but the right one was super painful to leave in my ears for longer than 2 minutes. Something wrong with my ear structure? IDK, because I've used other earbuds in the past and never felt such pain. And yes, I tried with all the different earplugs provided. Coming to the case - yet another cheap piece of plastic! The LED indicator is quite sad, and there's no remaining battery indicator. Super basic. Well, that's all fine considering the price of this product. The crazy part is the design - who in their right minds would design earbuds like that? The lid doesn't stay open, very clumsy. Thanks to the clumsy lid, it's so hard to take the earbuds out or even put them in. In conclusion, don't buy this if you don't have to. For a couple hundred extra you could get some boat earbuds 121 or something that are miles better than these. But if you do have to buy these, then I'll just say they're barely usable as long as you receive a non fault product that doesn't drop the connection constantly. Thanks to the amazon customer service. I only had a replacement option for these, so when I called them and explained how bad these were, they agreed to schedule a return and refund the money. Thank god for that.
