Great product even better customer service.
Oh, where do I start? So this kit is a good value if you can get a complete one. The fittings are not brass rather gold painted zinc, or magnesium something like that but seem very durable and stout. Absolutely more durable than the normal plastic ones. The first kit I received did not include the adapter for the large tube. I emailed the company and received a very prompt response. They asked for a picture of the contents of the box to make sure I wasn’t missing any other fittings. Once I sent them the picture they shipped me a whole new kit next day. Now that’s what I call top-tier customer service.Too bad that the replacement kit was also missing a piece, but a different piece. lol. This company has a great product and terrific customer service but man whoever’s packing these boxes must be blind or have no idea what they’re doing.

Great quality, but provided fittings don't work
The hose and attachment components are made from very excellent materials. The fittings don't work that comes with it. Glad I bought a long enough hose to reach outside on my hose, as it was the only fitting that worked... but you can easily go to the hardware store to buy a fitting adapter for your faucet and the hose connector. The craftsmanship is still worth the money and the inconvenience of having to buy your own fitting for virtually a lifetime product.

Life changing
Seriously amazing!! Half the price of the name brand ones that are plastic and break easily! It was easy to put together. I leave the faucet connection on my sink so I don’t have to constantly hook that up and it works normal for other uses. You can shorten the hose if you need or buy more and extend it with a connector as well. No more lugging buckets back and forth. Easily to siphon out and fill back up!

Works well
Works great. A bit difficult to empty the hose all the way when you're finished- I had to take it apart and hold it over the bath tub. But otherwise it's good!

What an awesome product it's way better than Python. All the fittings are brass instead of plastic. And it's way less expensive!

Best thing since sliced bread!
I wish I knew about this sooner, this makes water changes a breeze, I coil up the hose next to my garage slop sink, uncoil it 50ft to my tank, turn the valves, i can exchange 30 gallons of water in about 10 minutes tops (that includes unraveling the hose and coiling it back up).... what a game changer. I would recommend this to anyone
