Very nice blend. Pleasant scent, easy to swollow, and no after taste. Unlike some supplements the capsules themselves are tight and there is no residue on them or in the bottle. Pleased with the results and the price point.

These capsules of gymnema sylvestre (gurmar) come packed nicely for consumer safety: they have a seal of plastic around the outside, as well as a foil, tamper-evident seal inside. There's no significant dust or breakage inside the bottle, and the label is clearly printed with the ingredients properly listed. The expiration date listed is May, 2027, so they last 3 years. The capsules are large and completely filled, but easy to swallow; it is so much easier to take gurmar this way than as a loose powder! And at the current price of 12 cents per capsule, including free shipping, they're a nice deal.

I am a holistic wellness professional and practice what I preach. I take a lot of botanical and herbal supplements and although I prefer drops to pills, I love that this is only one capsule per dose. That’s a big plus when considering any new addition to my regime and hard to find, as well. So far, this supplement is easy to take with no unpleasant odors, aftertaste, or side effects. At the time of this review (July 2024), it had a 10% coupon for a couple dollars off.

This supplement seems to be working for me. The supply for the price is a good value. The one negative that I feel is important for the manufacturer to change is to use organic materials to enhance the purity.

Upset my stomach. Not going to take. And can’t return. Oh well Good try
