Holy moly this thing is so cool. Pictures/videos don't do it justice. It is very easy to use, looks really trippy by itself, and then goes up another notch in the dark with the glow effect. I was looking for a fun glow toy to bring to a festival, and this is absolutely perfect. My only concern is my kids are going to take it away from me and I'll end up having to buy another one.

Got this as a gift for my grandson. He absolutely loves it.! He pulled it right out of the box and started using it-and he’s nine so it’s not difficult. It looks exactly like the videos you see for advertising and although it’s a simple little string thing, they are having a riot. Also glows in the dark at night -pretty fun little little gadget.

Awesome simple toy. It came with a bunch of strings and worked right away. It lights up the glow string real fast.

The videos online made it look so easy and fun. I thought it would be a great surprise for the grandchildren. But, I was hesitant because so few things really are as good as they appear. And I'm happy to say that this is not one of those things. This is just as portrayed in the videos. I unpacked it and had it running within a few seconds. It's mesmerizing to watch. Very happy with it and I'm sure the grandchildren will love it, also.

FINALLY!! A toy that wasn't a waste of money. This thing is so cool. It does get tangled, but it's very easy to get right back to the fun. Glow in the dark is the wah to go.

I got this for my ten year old grandson for Easter and he loves it. My daughter said now she knows what to get for bday gifts! We all sat and watched while he played with it. All the kids were mesmerized by it. It is one of the best gifts for kids. It got tangled but was easy to fix. I would definitely purchase again.

⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ Fun Idea, But Short-Lived Interest I purchased the ZipString Luma as a gift, and it definitely delivered on the “wow” factor at first. It’s a really unique and creative toy, and everyone enjoyed trying it out and seeing the glowing string fly through the air. It’s entertaining and fun to experiment with, especially when first opening it. However, after the initial day of playing with it, it hasn’t really been used since. It ended up being more of a “one and done” type of product in our case. Overall, it’s a cool concept and a fun novelty gift, but the excitement didn’t last very long for us.

I bought 3 of these for Christmas for my grandchildren, and they love them. It keeps them entertained with each other and their zipstrings (and the pets) The drawback with these toys is the limited capacity of variations available as far as uses. The colors are very vibrant and glow beautifully, which is also a huge attraction. They were definitely worth the price!
