My daughter destroyed her carpet in room when she was younger with slime and paint. Desperate to find something to cover the carpets before guests arrived who would be using her room. I ordered this and purchased to additional ones to cover the horrendous stains. My mother-in-law was delighted! She loved them and said they felt so soft and luxurious. They made all the difference in improving the room. I ordered an additional one in a different color for another room.

So when this arrived in a tiny flat package, I was really worried that it was going to be unusable. I pulled it out of the vacuum sealed bag and it quickly "expanded." I put unfolded it and to my pleasant surprise, it looks and feels great.It has a full rubber backing which is great because we got this to go in front of our couch in our corporate apartment for our elderly dog. We don't let him on the couch so he sits and lays at our feet by the couch. This helps him get up without the slipping he experiences on the hardwoods. This is super soft, the design is nice (although you'd never mistake it for an expensive rug) and the fact that it doesn't slip without our having to put anything special underneath it makes it great for our purpose.So why did I remove 1 star? Well it works for our purpose and being that it is in an apartment that we only visit a few days a month, it's a great rug. I wouldn't necessarily put this in my primary residence and for that reason I removed one star.

These are very thin. I did put a slip proof padding under them to make them work.

It's soft and easy to wash and dry. Feels good on feets and beautiful color. The quality is nice and worth the price.

This fluffy shag rug is so incredibly soft! I grabbed this for my daughter's bedroom since she is on her floor a lot playing with toys. It gives her something nice and fluffy to sit on and she absolutely loves it! The color is as expected. The bottom does have some slip proof backing to it but on wood floors I would still put down rug tape or anchor it under furniture to keep it from moving around. It is so cozy to walk on. It doesn't seem to shed. Cleaning as with most shag rugs is not very easy. You can't vacuum this, your vacuum will likely just get stuck on it. Best you can do is take it outside and give it a good shake to clean debris off of it. Overall we are very happy with this rug. Definitely recommend!
