School Nurse Approved! Solid choice well-organized first-aid backpack.
I recently got this First Aid Medical Backpack (Red Cross) for my wife, who is a school nurse, and she has expressed how this bag has been incredibly useful in a busy school environment, especially during outdoor emergencies on school grounds. The bright red color is perfect for quickly recognizing the bag in the office area and even when in a storage area with other equipment and supplies -- essential when called for immediate support. The backpack features three different zippered compartments with ample storage capacity for all my medical supplies and equipment. The organized sections and pockets make it easy to quickly find needed items during emergencies. The bag's construction is sturdy and well-designed for grabbing and running to various locations like playgrounds, cafeterias, or classrooms. The comfortable straps and balanced weight distribution make it easy to carry, even when fully loaded, and the durable fabric holds up well and is suitable for frequent use. I appreciate the multiple pockets, including two front pockets with pouches and elastic loops for small items and two big side zippered pockets for easy access to essential kits. The main compartment even has a laptop section, which is handy for keeping medical records or other important documents.Overall, she indicates that the backpack meets her needs perfectly and performs as expected. This one is a solid choice if you’re looking for a reliable and well-organized first-aid backpack.

Nice Structure and Design
This bag appears to be made of quality materials with quality construction. There is a nice structure to the shell, which offers stability when packing, and cushion for the wearer. The organization is well designed, and items slot in easily. While efforts have obviously been made to provide adequate protection for the contents inside, it is not fully waterproof (nor does it claim to be) so if you are using it for outdoor use, you may consider doing what we did, and organize items in plastic bags first before storing in the bag. Even fully packed out the extra weight is not so noticeable. We've carried it with us one few excursions and it still looks new. All the surfaces are pretty smooth to wipe down, for quick cleanup from basic dust and dirt. Its easy to pack, easy to see, and easy to wear.

Plenty of Room
We have a ton of first aid supplies in our prepper items. We have so much that we can't grab anything quickly, which one needs to do in an emergency. I've placed a little of everything in various boxes, but they are so large that I never grab one of them when I'm panicked! My adult son with whom I live decided HE wanted to get one bag and prepare it for any emergency. He took this bag and carefully packed it with items for each type of emergency. I was glad he took over and did it so there would be items he would probably need as he takes care of me. It has large compartments, but he needed large areas as most of our supplies are in boxes or bottles. It is now packed and sitting at my bedroom door which is adjacent to the great room. It can be grabbed quickly. I urge everyone to prepare such a bag and this one is a great choice. I highly recommend it!

Nice Backpack for First Aid Kit
Feels solid, good size for holding what I want in my first aid kit. The marking makes it easily identifiable. Would recommend

Sturdy, good quality . . .
This First Aid Medical Backpack can be used in an emergency to carry necessary supplies. It is of good quality. It has two large, zippered pockets, which will carry a variety of supplies. Honestly, it is like most backpack/gym bags on the market. To me, the best feature is the color red, and medical indicating graphic. The bright color will help the bag stand out anywhere. So, when in a hurry, there is no way to mix it up with another bag. Every second can make the difference.I have a family member in nursing school, so I gave it to her as a backpack for her school work. She loved it. Good quality. Full size pack. Great for scout troop
I got this to replace the large fishing tackle box our scout troop used as a first aid kid. This is a full sized pack and will hold everthing needed for a large group on a weekend outing. Being a backpack instread of a hard carry case means it will be easier to take along on excursions and it will be in the right place if it is needed.

Much bigger and realistically better than expected
I was in the market for a small, fanny pack size, bag to build out a hiking first aid kit. I completely missed the measurements on this bag and was surprised at how large it is. It's a very nice and well-built bag. There is a lot of organization built-in. I'm going to use the heck out of this bag, as a full trauma bag. It's highly visible. I like it.

First aid backpack
The pockets are good sized. Easily customizable so you can add supplies you need. Side pockets open up well. The only downside is the hardware. Carabiner side clips are plastic and may not be sturdy enough to hold heavier items in backpack. The plastic clips might not hold for long. I like the backpack itself because of the design.
