This is water resistant (absorbs drops or small spills), not water proof. It is not intended for external use.

It comes in black because of dirt and grease. That's the color that covers the most.

I don't know exact measurement , but it opens larges anough to fit full size projector , and draw string closes .. it's a simple but nice cover
