I have to say I am really impressed with just how effective these gummies are. I was a skeptic, as I have never found other gummy products to be effective but these definitely work well. I bought these to use after a surgery. They made me more regular than I've ever been. The taste is ok, sort of an artificial fruity flavor, not bad but not like candy, lol. They are easy to chew and swallow. I needed less than the bottle suggested. I definitely would start with one a day and build up. At most, all I ever needed was two per day. The only side effect I noticed is they do make me more gassy. My doctor said that could go away after weeks of taking it. I am sticking with these and have already purchased more because they work better than similar products that are much less palatable.

Listen..if you want something that’s going to clear the pipes and do it fast and regularly, this is the stuff for you! I have always been very regular and suffer from IBS-D. I recently started a new medication that had me BACKED UP for 5 days. Imagine being used to pooping multiple times a day easily all your life and then all of sudden you can’t poop for 5 days. When I say nothing worked to solve this problem, I mean nothing. Even my emergency trip to Taco Bell with lots of Diablo sauce wouldn’t solve this issue. As a last ditch effort, I ordered these gummies (took 1 day to get to me, A+ shipping speed). The instructions say to eat 4 which is what I did. When I say within the hour I was on the toilet emptying my packed bowls, I mean it. I’d highly recommend taking 2 instead of 4 after the initial clean out. This is a very useful product and you don’t need to take a lot together the results either. Works every time they do make one a bit gassy though but overall a great product.
