Not an "Instant Fix" for Acute Episodes--Instead, It's Guide to Prevent Long-term Vertigo Issues
This looks like an excellent, practical long-term guide for retraining your brain and vestibular system. It should help us learn to avoid the dizziness and lack of balance. From the title, I was expecting a fix for acute episodes, for example: the Eppley Maneuver. Instead, this is an approach for alleviating problems long-term. The writing, illustrations, and photos are easy to understand. I am looking forward to regaining my balance and confidence! I'm glad I ran across this book, and have already sent the link to a friend.

Not worth the money
$20 for this? I wish I had time to open this book earlier, before my return window closed. Not worth the money at all!You can get same info on internet for free! Absolutely nothing unique, nothing that will really help your vertigo attack, when you are having one.

More exercises than theory
The book is not as thick as I expected for the price. It does not have much theory, but a short and good explanation to understand a bit about the recovery of balance. It has a good number of exercises standing, sitting, with your eyes open and close. Some of them seem easy, others not so, when you are recovering from vertigo. I just bought it, therefore I hope it will help me to finally recover from this condition which is certainly very uncomfortable.

Great short ebook
Great short ebook. Not knowing much on vertigo, this has helped shed light on understanding it better. It offers several different simple exercises to try out at home, including decent diagrams of the author himself doing the exercises. He offers tips on performing them correctly and the duration to do them for. Only slight setback is the formatting of it on my Kindle made it a bit awkward to read sometimes. Otherwise would recommend. .

Bobby Gibbs in short is a genius when it comes to the body
In all of my life I have yet to meet a person who is as dedicated, as passionate and as strong willed as Bobby. And his book fully reflects this. If you suffer from Vertigo or even if you don't have Vertgio these exercises in the book are damn amazing!Mahn! I cannot overstate just how much this man cares. Easily a 5/5 book.

I like the fact that this book just gets straight to ...
This book has helped me learn more about vertigo. It explains some of the science about vertigo and has many exercises that you can use to treat vestibular disorders. I like the fact that this book just gets straight to the point. I've come across many books that are far too detailed or filled with unnecessary jargon, but this is an easy to follow guide with useful vertigo exercises. Great Read !!!

A Great little book to read!
Great guide for vertigo sufferers. My good friend has had vertigo for just over a year now and it has been very tough however, the author presents a simple guide that anyone can follow where you do exercises that train the vestibular system. The abdominal exercises given in this book are also quite useful, as it's helped with his anxiety. Would recommend to anyone with vertigo.
