The Basic build Foundation
It doesn't matter which martial arts or boxing/kickboxing style you take up. The most important basic happens to be proper footwork. And that's what this book emphasizes. This is a must read for anybody taking up muay thai or thinking about taking up muay thai. You'd be surprised how many people skip out on proper footwork. This is the "secret" as to why Thai fighters are on another level, even if they don't have the fanciest gyms and latest trendy workout gears. They pour their heart and soul and don't skip out on perfecting the basics.

This book is very helpfull to master perfect Muay Thai form
For me this book filled in a lot of blind spots for my Muay Thai training. Before my stance didn't feel 100% grounded and my footwork wasn't alway's on point. Tony Yuan has a very clear way in breaking down every excersise. This book is not about about power or speed it's about building a strong foundation in your training. It all comes down to balance and shifting weight when executing blocks, kicks and punches. For me this book was very helpfull and I would recommend this book to anybody who would like a deeper understanding of Muay Thai.

Bad foundation & Inaccurate
Inaccurate translations and moves. Does not include Horse step, Tiger step and variations of Giant’s step etc. Not authentic from the source. Pictures not helpful. A gold rule in Muaythai is the feet should be shoulder width apart and heels up, in pictures heels are down and hip width. A narrow stance is not part of Muaythai because it leaves you vulnerable to being taken down by round kicks. And you would not ready to use for the moves of Muaythai with the feet in online. Far to many mistakes to list.
