Great chair for the price! It's even better than a chair I previously bought for double the price lol the only thing is the neck cushion is not really adjustable but I can live with that.On the other hand the back support cushion has a massage option and that is just amazing!

So let us be clear. This is the second Fantasy Lab I have owned. The first one the arms broke on after a year a few months ago. I Reached out to support multiple times. Even offered to buy the replacement parts. Nada. No response. So after a month I figure. Screw it. I will buy a second one and I can wheel my original over to my personal computer and use it for gaming. On Amazon they sell padded arms that can fit over the busted part. So I was like no biggie.So this beast arrives today and i am excited. Remove it all from the packaging and count all the parts. I seem to be missing the cord for the vibrating lumbar pillow. That didnt bother me much though.However as I assembled the chair on the seat seams I noticed two separate rips in the fabric on the corners. This is an issue for a few reasons. Number one the chair should not be damaged straight out of the box. Second this is built supposedly to hold 400 lbs. Yet the fabric has ripped in two places before anyone has even say in it.So beware buying these chairs. I love my first one even though it broke. However for 230+ you may get a pre torn chair. Keep that in mind.

Chair was good for about 7 months until one the caster wheels broke. It was completely plastic and doesn't match the material strength of the rest of the chair. Snapped when I was just sitting on it. I submitted warranty claim so I will update with how they respond.

I forgot to check the length. If you're under 5'3 you will be on your tippy toes or dangling your feet. It's comfy, tedious to assemble. It'll say some screws are in the chair. There weren't any screws in the chair but luckily it was included in the tool kit. Good for plus size too.
