After gum surgery and tooth extraction I needed to avoid brushing those areas. I could not find small toothbrushes at local stores. These are perfect for just brushing individual teeth and certain areas without touching the surgical site. They came well packaged and the first one I opened is still fine after several days of use. I expect the 4 brushes to be more than enough for a couple weeks of brushing.

yes, they are ultra soft, so for ultra soft, well done. But apparently ultra soft is too pillowy for me.

They do help get into the harder to reach areas of the mouth, especially if you're like me and still have your wisdom teeth. The head of brush is a good size, could actually be a bit bigger in my opinion. The bristles arent too soft or too hard. They clean as you'd expect any rooth brush to clean. Quality? It's as good as any normal economic friendly toothbrushes. I'd buy them again.
