92mm Black Fan Grill

When I started messing with computers PC case fans came in 80mm and rarely 92mm. Slowly 92mm took over and was almost immediately replaced with 120 and now we have all sorts of weird fan sizes.I added this to my 92mm noctua tower cooler which resides on an open frame PC case. This is perfect form protecting cat paws and human fingers while offering nearly zero flow restriction. Plus it has a cool industrial look which I was going for anyways. If only I could get ddr without the stupid LEDs. . .

as another reviewer recently posted, these fan grills are the perfect size to act as 4" speaker covers. i bought two of these for a diy radio project. i wanted something black because the shiny steel version was too visually distracting. also, the eyelet tabs on these are set back about 1/8", so you get a little extra clearance off the cone of the speaker. i have tried other fan grills, and they have been too flimsy and tend to snap apart if you try to reshape them. these grills have not done that yet. for these reasons, i will continue to use these for future projects.

I added this fan guard to bottom of my G90-H1 stand for G90 radio.

Using as 4” speaker grills on an ammo can Bluetooth speaker project. They fit perfect and the black really completes the look I was after. The quality is good too

Very durable, looks nice, and just thin enough to fit in the wire clips holding the fan onto my heatsink, along with the fan, so no more mounting hardware was needed.

Perfect. Just what I needed in my A4 to stop the power cables from touching the fan.

The fan is made of a sturdy metal with a smooth black coating. 4 screws (sharped tipped) are included, however I already had 4 flat-bottomed phillips screws that I wanted to use so these just went into my parts kit.

Not too much more to say here. They showed up as expected and fit to the specs called out. Seemed like a fairly sturdy gauge metal. No concerns.
