Really has helped out with all my conditions started off with half dose and then increased so I got used to it feel a lot stronger and less pain

I’ve only used for about a month. When I miss my dose, I can tell after a few days. This helps with regularity and heartburn. I really think it even aids in weightloss. The flavor…. I add a little of flavor packet just enough to tint the water. I’ll continue to purchase.

Product is good but the package i got expires in less than 8 months. Don't believe I will use it all before then so not worth my money.

Good Quality

This probiotic seems to do the job! Which I like a lot. The reason that I took a star off is because is does not mix easily in a glass of water. It tends to clump a lot and it won’t break up with a spoon. It does taste a little weird, so you have to chug it pretty quick. I found that it works best if you mix it in a smoothie, that way it blends and there isn’t any flavor. This would be the best way. So far so side effects! This is great for smoothies, but as a daily you may want to go with a pill.

This supplement contains 1000mg of Lactobacillus Rhamnosus (and nothing else) per each 1 scoop serving. Mixes easily with water. It does have a VERY mild scent/taste that I personally don't care for, but drinking it quickly helps. Contains no sugar, starch, yeast, soy, wheat, or eggs. Free from artificial colors, flavors, and preservatives.
