This set of teeth whitening strips includes 28 strips (14 for the upper teeth and 14 for the lower teeth) designed for a 14-day treatment. The pack comes with a marker card to compare the whiteness level of your teeth before and after using the strips. Although it was challenging to determine the exact level on the marker, my initial estimate was around a 7. The strips are easy to apply: peel them off the backing and place them on your teeth. They were slightly larger than my teeth, so I folded the edges over to secure them. They have a minty, fresh taste and are comfortable to wear. The instructions recommend keeping them on for 30 minutes daily for 14 days.Despite following the instructions, I have not noticed a significant difference in the whiteness of my teeth. My teeth remained at the same level on the whiteness scale as when I started. It seems that to see any noticeable results, these strips need to be used continuously for longer than 14 days. For substantial whitening results, it might be best to consider an alternative solution.

These are easy to apply and use and I have started noticing a difference. Not a bad product and good for the price - better than attending a dentist for the same treatment and a significant price increase.
