I really like this product. I have issues with hearing in spaces where there is a lot of background noise. I keep these in my purse, in the charger case. I don't need them all day, just for noisy situations. I don't know exactly how to describe it but it just makes everything sound clearer and crisp. It doesn't sound so muffled or mumble jumbled when ppl are talking. I get so annoyed with my self, having to constantly say huh? What? And leaning in towards ppl to hear better.The headphones stay charged for a long time too. I never really worry about them dying on me. I charge the box when needed and that keeps them going for me. I wish there was some sort of silicone case available like you see for airpods that I could buy to keep them clipped to my purse. That would be even better.

Bought these for my husband who is hesitant to use hearing aids.Worked great but right ear stopped working after just one hour.Used all suggestions posted. Cleaned, recharged, adjusted volume, but still no sound. Company is sending replacement.

I was so happy to find this hearing aids for my 82 years old father i purchased 2 sets & sent to him out of country to find out its not working it wont charge it wont lid up its completely broken im very disappointed im not sure if we got the defective one or these are all used or refurbished. I dont recommend to anyone i lost my money the return time closed since it took time to send it to my father out of country.

I'm think these would work great, however you need an extra pair of hands to adjust & set volume when device is in your ear.
