Can I this oil for my polaris rzr xp4 1000?

From searching online it looks like the recommended oil is 5W50 synthetic. Might want to double check your owner's manual.

can this be used for all 3 holes? Engine, Transmission and Gear box?

Just two - Main and primary. Not the gear box. For that use Motul Gear 300, 75-90.

Can this be used in all three holes on a 2020 Milwaukee 8?

I've been using the Motul 20-50W in the main and primary of my 07 Fatboy for 14yrs. It's fabulous! -- But not in the gearbox. For gear box I recommend using the Motul Gear 300 75-90W.

Is it full synthetic?

Yes indeed, 62,000 mi on Ducati Multistrada. Never tasted any other oil......
