Good in a capsule form
This supplement is great because it comes in a capsule form. It works well with helping my digestion. A good and inexpensive supplement.

MCT Oil in Capsule Form
I don't like or care for the taste of MCT oil in my hot coffee or tea or in smoothies. I thought I would give these MCT oil capsules a try to see if I can get the health benefits this way. I like each softgel provides 2000mg of premium MCT oil derived from non-GMO coconuts. I just started taking then a few days ago and I haven't noticed anything yet. I'm sure it takes some time for the oil to start working.

Exactly As Advertised
No immediate effects, but I did not expect any and the product was not advertised to expect "immediate", so all is good here. Arrived nearly on time, packaging well done, so zero issues.No side effects. The MCT theory seems viable. I'll let you know if it works..if I remember to do it (lol!)..
