Yes! This has helped me so much! I would wake at night with pain and numbness, tingling every time I went to bed. Plus there was pain in back of wrist midway up the back of my hand. I did something to my wrist, accidentally pushed off my chair and strained it. I couldn't lift much with it and had limited mobility. It was like this for over a week. I decided during the night to look up wrist guards for nighttime, since I wasn't sleeping anyway. I ordered it around 2:30 a.m.. It was delivered the next day, actually the same day, at 11 a.m.! That night was so much better! I didn't close my hand too much and overstretch my wrist while sleeping. After taking it off my wrist was a bit sore on back side, but it went away within the hour. Second night I didn't wear it as tight. It was still great to wear. I had some pain on the back of the wrist and it went away. 3rd night even better. No wrist pain. I went one night without it and was ok. I was able to lift things, put my daughter's bridal shower together and cook that morning. It didn't hurt much if at all. I didn't wear it just to see how it went. It was ok. So, it really does work, keeps wrist straight and helps me not to bend it too much and overstretch it.

So after carpal tunnel release on both hands didn't work as I had hoped, I underwent more tests only to get the verdict that further surgery would not help, I was referred to therapy. The therapist began me on wrist braces both hands at night. You'd think wearing braces at night would be god-awful uncomfortable. I went to bed, hoping I wouldn't sock myself in the nose or worse, club my sleeping partner. But oddly enough, I sleep just fine and haven't bloodied noses yet. The braces are well-padded and the three velcro straps hold them well to my wrist and are not uncomfortable. There is a removable flat metal under the wrist to hold firm and straight. When you order, be sure you have the size and which hand you require.

70 yr old male use it primarily for Gym use as Osteo Arthritis joint pain in my wrist limited what I could lift. I needed a brace I could tighten snug as support and with the metal insert I've been able to reduce at least 75% of the pain allowing me to go heavy again with weights. The 3 adjustable Velcro straps allow you to really get a good tight fit for excellent distribution. Used their fitting chart as directed for correct size and it was accurate. Time will tell how it will hold up with use but for now its really what I needed.

So far so good…the only issue that I have is the I would like the plate that goes down the inside of the hand & wrist were a little wider. I’ve tried a couple of other ones & didn’t like them. I’ve actually been able to sleep with this one on with no issues. It will take a month or more to really be able to see how well it truly works.

The fit is perfect! I ordered a XL. The brace was very easy to use; I simply slipped my left thumb through the hole and adjusted the straps. It provides very sturdy & strong support. The straps are the right size for me. It’s very comfortable and not too restrictive. I can still wear my Apple Watch. I can still lift without any issues or limitations. The brace also helps stabilizing the wrist from bending. So far, I recommend this brace.

BEST RELIEF IN YEARS! I wasn't so sure about ordering a wrist brace from amazon, but I'm thankful I did. Has a little bit more movability when I'm playing with my game controller. I went to sleep with it on last night and took it off this morning and i haven't really had pain all day. A+++ on support. I bought the L/XL sized and it's a good fit. Definitely recommend!

I was having trouble with my hand falling asleep while I was sleeping...it was actually painful. I read where this brace might help so I gave it a try. Voila...it worked!! I prevents me from bending my wrist to a point where I do nerve damage. Anyway, it works great and I don't really notice being on at night so if you have a similar problem, give it a try.

Fits really well. Make sure you measure your hand for the right fit. It’s great I can still type but it immobilizes my wrist and has great support. It’s easy to use and isn’t bulky design. I would recommend to anyone with carpal tunnel and people with tendinitis that doesn’t spread to your fingers.
